Due to my love of making people smile, Kolohe Kupkakes was created. I wanted to create Kupkakes that reminded me of my childhood and share those with my family and friends. Upside Down Caramel Apple Cake

Another recipe I had to try.

I had some apples that I knew I had to use soon. So I of course decided to make a cake. One of my favorite treats is a Caramel Apple. Combine that with a cake and you get this delicious treat...the Upside Down Caramel Apple Cake.

It consists of a moist pound cake that is covered with sliced apples drizzled in caramel. You can see the caramel drizzling down into the cake. My son decided to top it off with some cool whip. That put a big smile on his face.
