Banana Split Kupkake

Now I saw a version of this on TV and my best friend asked me to make it for her as well.  I figured it was a sign that I needed to make it. 

This kupkake starts with a banana kake topped with a whipped cream frosting.  I then sprinkle chopped nuts on top and drizzle melted chocolate over everything.  The cherry is of course the added bonus!

A little messy, but so yummy!

Red Velvet

Aww the family recipe...

These are my kids absolute favorite!  Unfortunately I can't give too many details on this one because it's a family recipe.  What I can tell you is that it is a rich Red Velvet Kupkake with a simple Cream Cheese Frosting.

This kupkake is what started me on my little adventure...

Banana Won Ton

I had one single banana left this morning. But I had a craving for something sweet. Not being in the mood for a cupcake (plus not having enough bananas to make any) I decided to make something else.

So I sliced up the banana and placed them between 2 won ton wrappers. Fried them up, and what I got is pictured above.

You can eat them as they are or you can drizzle some chocolate over them with a little creme fresh on the side.

Vanilla Kupkakes

These Vanilla Kupkakes are probably my simplest, yet one of the most delicious Kakes I have. Its a simple vanilla kake topped with a vanilla butter cream frosting.

My kids love when I bake these in ice cream cones and add rainbow sprinkles.

Chocolate Delight Kupkake

This dessert starts with a short bread crust. Next is a light cheesecake layer followed by a chocolate pudding. This is all topped off with cool whip and chopped walnuts.

This Chocolate Delight gives you enough sweetness to satisfy without all of the guilt.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

My husband and his friends have been asking for this combo forever. I'll make a kupkake version another day...tonight I wanted cookies.

These are a simple chocolate cookie batter with peanut butter chips baked inside. For those nut lovers (my dad) I made a batch that had chopped nuts mixed in as well.

Pumpkin Kupkakes

With the holiday season approaching it only seemed appropriate To make Pumpkin Kupkakes.

These are simple pumpkin kupkakes with a whipped cream frosting. Depending on what you like, some of them have nuts, some have nuts and raisins, and some are just plain pumpkin kupkakes.
